Senior Outpatient Services provides outpatient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for the often complicated cognitive and behavioral health concerns faced by seniors. The clinical staff is Medicare-approved and has training and extensive experience working with seniors and their families.

• Outpatient individual, group, and family therapy services for broad range of behavioral health issues.
• Neuropsychological evaluation.
• Memory disorder assessment and treatment recommendations, coordinating with primary care physician.
• Psychiatric, diagnostic, and medication consultation.
• Consultation regarding ways to make use of community support agencies and services to seniors (e.g., nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health services, respite care, and others).
• Support groups for seniors, their families, and caregivers.
• Early-Stage Dementia and Caregiver Support and Psychotherapy Groups.
• Most insurance accepted.
