Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services

Our primary concern is the well-being of your child. Here are a few guidelines to ensure your visit will be pleasant for you, your child, and our other patients.

Visiting Guidelines

• Please check in at the Nursing Desk.
• Please do not bring your child anything in a can or glass.
• Pine Rest is a non-smoking facility.
• Visits will be held in your child’s room to protect the confidentiality of other patients.

When you visit, please respect the privacy of other patients on the unit. If you recognize someone, let him or her greet you. If he or she does not greet you, please respect their wish to keep their stay confidential. Please do not discuss any patient you see at Pine Rest with anyone else.

Visiting Hours

Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Weekends and Holidays: 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Please visit only during these hours. Patients are typically quite busy, and it disrupts treatment to leave a session or class. If it is impossible to visit during the scheduled time, please call the case manager to set up another time.

A Parenting Workshop is held every Sunday from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. It provides parents with the latest tools and skills that can be used the same day to build healthier families. If interested, please sign up at the nurses states.
