For over ten years, Pine Rest has partnered with network180 to provide compassionate, professional inpatient psychiatric care for persons experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses as well as co-occurring disorders. Now persons who are 18 years of age and older experiencing mental illness can also choose Pine Rest as your provider for case management services.

Our Goal: To help you successfully manage your illness and recovery.



Pine Rest Case Management Team

Meet Your Pine Rest Case Management Team:

  • Psychiatrist
  • Team Leader - with three-to-five years’ experience
  • Registered Nurse - specializing in psychiatric nursing
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Case Manager - trained in motivational interviewing, who is co-occurring and culturally competent
  • Master’s Level Clinicians
  • Case Aide
  • Peer Support Person

What You Can Expect:

  • Development of a personalized strategy for managing your illness and moving forward with your life
  • Life skills assistance: budgeting, time management, obtaining/maintaining secure housing
  • Work skills assistance and links to appropriate services
  • Community re-entry skills
  • Benefit coordination
  • Spiritual care
  • Thorough assessment and continuous evaluation
  • Regular medication review
  • Coordination of care with primary physician
  • Education about proper use of medication
  • Education about your diagnosis and symptom management
  • 24/7 crisis intervention services
  • Person-centered planning that emphasizes the values of choice, voice, empowerment, dignity, respect, and hope
  • Referral to a qualified Pine Rest outpatient clinician for individual, family, or group therapy, as appropriate
  • A minimum of 1.5 hours of psychiatric services per year
  • Individual and/or group work (45-60 minutes/ week), lasting three-to-six months
  • Strong emphasis on setting and pursuing personal goals, and putting strategies into action in everyday life.
