Hospital Based Services

Hospital based care at Pine Rest welcomes patients who are experiencing co existing substance use and mental health disorders. Plans of care are developed to address all areas of conflict in a patient’s life and family participation in the patient’s care is highly valued.

• Primary psychiatric diagnosis required for admission
  
• Inpatient and partial/day programming led by skilled, interdisciplinary treatment teams
  
• Programming includes:
  1. Group therapy with others experiencing both substance use and mental health disorders
  2. Psycho-educational groups to help in the understanding of key recovery concepts
  3. Skills building to develop alternative coping techniques

Inpatient and partial hospitalization services provided through a joint operating agreement between Pine Rest, Saint Mary’s Health Care, and Metropolitan Hospital.
