Measures Counseling Outcomes to Ensure Better Results
Pine Rest is one of the few counseling agencies in the nation that is systematically and scientifically measuring counseling outcomes. One year ago, our Grand Haven and Holland counseling clinics began using Treatment Outcome Package or “TOP” with clients. The tool helps improve patient care from the first session, monitor the level of change throughout treatment and measure the impact of care.
