He or she will fill in as needed during Staff Chaplain vacations or conferences.
Qualifications:Successful completion of at least 2 units of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education). Bachelor's Degree required, a Master's of Divinity or a Master's Degree inTheological Studies strongly preferred.

Description:Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is currently hiring a full-time Director of Quality for the Hospital Based Services (HBS) division. This position would report directly to the Corporate Director for HBS. This individual is responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of the Quality Department projects and the formation of clinical improvement teams. This work includes the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of a large number of interventions, programs, and data, while targeting improvement strategy initiatives and facilitating change through internal team building. This candidate must have experience in the formation of highly successful, productive and collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams, physicians and other health care providers. Proven expertise in producing reports for multiple audiences including the board of directors, administration, and physician and nursing leadership. Skilled in the use of process improvement tools and methodologies. Advance skills in CQI processes and tools, healthcare statistics, and database management. Expert knowledge of health and safety management, strategies, quality assurance, quality improvement and continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Positive and highly effective interpersonal written and verbal communications kills. Ability to motivate, and have a credible influence within all levels of staff, management and physicians. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines and numerous demands.
Qualifications:This candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in management of a quality dept., and behavioral experience. Masters prepared in equivalent field, and Joint Commission. RN and LEAN certification preferred.

Description:The Psychological Consultation Center is a specialty program within Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services that provides comprehensive psychological, neuropsychological and forensic evaluations across the entire age spectrum. We currently have nine doctoral level psychologists and one forensic psychiatrist providing evaluations through our clinic, and are looking for a clinician interested in joining our group.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate would have experience in providing general psychological assessments, including autistic spectrum disorders and/or a desire to become part of a team involved in further expanding ASD services. The individual could choose to pursue primarily an assessment track or split time between assessment and therapy. Meeting criteria to function as a Fully Licensed Psychologist in Michigan would be preferred, but consideration will be given and supervision provided to doctoral level psychologist.

Description:The Center for Psychiatric Residential Services Division is looking for a Licensed Practitioner for the secured adolescent program at Pine Rest. Responsibilities include, securing the environment, making clinical decisions. Position Title:Behavioral Medicine Cardiac Psychologist

Description:This anticipated position is for a Cardiac Psychology Team Leader, to begin October 1, 2010. This position will be a mix of clinical, supervision, and administrative responsibilities. The primary responsibility will be to provide psychological services for patients diagnosed with heart failure. These services will take place in a multi-disciplinary environment onsite at the leading cardiology group in West Michigan. Additionally, this Team Leader will provide administrative oversight for the cardiac psychology division of Pine Rest's behavioral medicine program. Qualifications:Requirements include a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, at least one year of clinical postdoctoral training, and a full psychology license (or license eligibility) in the state of Michigan.
