Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is offering a workshop designed to help expectant mothers reduce their risk for developing the most common complication of childbirth, a Perinatal Mood Disorder (PMD) or Postpartum Depression.
Pine Rest clinicians will help women and their support person make a plan. Come learn the warning signs of PMD, identify and strengthen your resources, learn actions to increase health and obtain more information on postpartum community resources.
The workshop will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 6-7:30 p.m. at Pine Rest’s Northwest Clinic located at 2118 Three Mile Road, Grand Rapids, MI, 49544. The cost is $30. Call (616)222-3720 to register.
