Pine Rest Foundation Welcomes Three Board Members

Pine Rest Foundation Executive Director Randall Johnson is pleased to announce Suzanne Keep, Carri Kendall and Jan Winters as new board members to the Pine Rest Foundation Board of Governors.

Suzanne Keep is an assistant professor of nursing for the University of Detroit Mercy at Aquinas College. She previously taught nursing at University of Michigan, Saginaw Valley State University and University of Michigan-Flint. Keep is a doctorate candidate in nursing at Rutgers University. She has a master’s degree from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree from Nazareth College, both in nursing. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and is a member of several committees and board of directors.

Carri Kendall is community relations vice president at DK Security.

Jan Winters, a former member of the Pine Rest Board of Directors from 1998 to 2008, is president and principal at AMBS Investment Counsel, LLC. She earned her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and has extensive experience in banking and finance.
