Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is pleased to announce Aaron J. Plattner, M.D., as a psychiatrist for hospital based services on the main campus seeing patients in the Mulder Center.
Dr. Plattner comes to the Pine Rest after completing his residency at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Ill., with his last year as chief resident. He received his medical degree at Wayne State University, Detroit, Mich., and his bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kan.
Dr. Plattner is part of a team that provides comprehensive acute inpatient care. The inpatient units are for persons who experience significant behavioral health issues. He works on Pine Rest’s main campus at 300 68th Street SE in Grand Rapids.
